How to get veg boxes from us
One of the most asked questions we have from people is "How do I get a veg box from you"? What a good question!
The answer is simple. As with other food poverty charities you need to get a referral from an agency.
You may not be aware that such debt advice or social services exist to help you; they do!
Here are some examples of the agencies you could ask to refer you to the
Veg Box Donation Scheme:
There may also be others, so it is worth searching online yourself too.
The best way to start the process is to get in touch with an agency, talk with them openly and honestly about your current circumstances and work with them to see if you qualify for a referral.
Referral Form
If VBDS is not registered with the agency you contact, please ask them to email us and request the link to fill in our online digital referral form.
If you do qualify, the agency will get in touch with us and we will be in touch directly with you and arrange getting the boxes to you.
Each agency will have their own process to follow in regards to reviewing your circumstances and making sure you keep on getting the food boxes you need. Or, if your situation changes, they will advise us to stop deliveries and we can focus our resources on those that need our help.
Our hope is that we can help you when you need it, and that your circumstances change for the better so you no longer need us :)
If you have any questions, please feel free to
contact us and we will do our best to help.
